What kinds of support does MapleRise Living provide?
We offer three categories of in-home support: Personal Care & Daily Living Support, Homemaking & Home Support, and Respite Care & Family Caregiver Support. Every plan is built around the individual’s needs, preferences and routines.
Which communities do you serve?
We serve Calgary, Airdrie, Chestermere, Cochrane, Red Deer and surrounding Alberta communities. If you’re unsure whether we cover your area, just give us a call.
How do we get started?
It starts with a friendly care consultation, by phone, online booking or our request form. We listen to what you need, answer your questions and outline support options with no obligation.
How much does support cost?
Costs depend on the type and amount of support. After a consultation we’ll give you a clear picture of options and pricing before anything begins, no surprises.
Do you offer a few hours of help, or only full-time care?
Support can be as light as a few hours a week or as regular as daily visits. Plans are shaped around what actually helps.
Will we have the same caregiver each visit?
Consistency builds trust, so we aim to match each household with a small, familiar team wherever possible.
Can a support plan change over time?
Yes. Care needs evolve, and your plan can be reviewed and adjusted at any time. Our goal is to help people keep doing what they can for themselves, for as long as possible.
Is the website chat a medical or emergency service?
No. Website chat is for general questions and getting started. It isn’t medical advice or emergency support, and you shouldn’t send medical records or sensitive health details through it. In an emergency, call 911.
How do you protect our privacy?
Information you share with us is used only to respond to your enquiry and arrange support. See our Privacy Policy for details, or ask us directly.
